VCA Animal Hospitals (VCA) operates more than 1000 animal hospitals in the US and Canada. VCA is committed to continuously improving the standard of care throughout hospitals and veterinary medicine through the compassionate, high-quality primary and specialty care that they provide.

With 2020 being one of the most trying years for industries across the board, the Veterinarian Services Industry was severely impacted. The COVID-19 Pandemic drove decreases in practicing veterinarians and certified techs. Veterinarians and techs grew fatigued, leading to countless employees deciding to end their time in the industry altogether. This difficulty left the company with a need to refill these vacancies to continue providing quality services to clients nationwide. VCA sought to expand its recruiting efforts, embracing digital and non-traditional tactics to engage new audiences.
